Midweek Break Tariff: Prices are per person, applicable any four nights between Sunday and Thursday, on dinner, room & breakfast terms, only.

Rates & Packages: Are exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with other hotel promotions.

Single Supplement: A charge of £40.00 per night is applied. Single occupancy is available in Langdale rooms, subject to availability and the discretion of the management.

Children: Separate terms & conditions apply. Please request children’s tariff.

Dogs: A cleaning charge of £20.00 per stay is applied. Dogs are welcome in ground floor rooms only and in consideration of other guests, are restricted from our public rooms. We do request that dogs are NOT exercised in our grounds.

Non Smoking Policy: For the comfort and well being of guests and staff alike, this company operates a non smoking policy throughout the premises.

Room Facilities: All grades of rooms enjoy 10 channel flat screen TV with 3 channel radio, direct dial telephone, free broadband connection, baby listening, ironing facilities and hair dryer. Complimentary bathrobes & slippers, a welcome tray with a choice of teas, coffee and mineral water are also provided for your additional comfort.

Langdale Rooms: Well proportioned bedrooms with queen size beds, upright shower over bath (one room with hand held shower over corner whirlpool bath), or shower room. These rooms are available on the ground floor and first floor.

Grasmere Rooms: More spacious bedrooms with king size beds, and either separate shower & bath or, upright shower over bath, (one ground floor room with shower only). These rooms are available on the ground floor and first floor.

Junior Loft Suites: Situated on the 2nd floor, each room being named after the fell over which it views. With king size beds, designer bathrooms, two flat screen TV's, Bose Wave sound system, air-conditioning and fine linen & toiletries. Note: We have no lift.

Loft Suites: Our highest specification of room; being particularly spacious, situated on the 2nd floor with each room named after the fell over which it views. With king size beds, designer bathrooms, separate seating area, two flat screen TV's, Bose Wave sound system, air-conditioning and fine linen & toiletries. Note: We have no lift.

Access For All Room: This Grasmere room meets and surpasses the highest DDA specification, with approved wheelchair turning spaces in the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is a full wet room with all necessary aids & support rails. This room also benefits from the highest design standards.

Confirmed Reservations: A Non Refundable deposit of £50.00 per person is required to confirm a reservation. Should confirmation not be received within 14 days, the reservation will be released. To secure short notice bookings a deposit must be paid by credit card upon making the reservation.

Cancellations up to 14 Days of Arrival: The deposit may be re-used against any future reservation commencing within six months of the original arrival date.

Within 14 days of arrival: The deposit is forfeit.

Method of Payment: Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard and Switch.

Credit: Cannot be issued without prior agreement by management.
